Vibaga services may include links to third party websites and/or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by or through any such third party websites, mobile applications or services, and the collection and use of your information by such third party websites and services are governed by the privacy policies, if any, of such third parties.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Vibaga Services. By accessing or using the Vibaga Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We collect several types of information from and about users of the Vibaga Services, including information:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site/Mobile app/Virtual Assistant. This includes payment information to use any Vibaga Services as well, downloading/subscribing for an Application, posting material or requesting further services.

We also may ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the Vibaga Services.

• Records and copies of your email, text and any relevant electronic communications, if you contact us
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes
• Your search queries

You may also provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Vibaga Services, or transmitted to other users of the Vibaga Services or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions").

Please note that information (including personal information) that you choose to post as part of a User Contribution is by nature information that you have decided to make public and, therefore, is not subject to the restrictions on use or disclosure under this Privacy Policy. Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users of the Vibaga Service with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

As you interact with or otherwise use the Vibaga Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

• Details of your interactions with the Vibaga Services, including

(i) searches for exam-content, (ii) pages, content and our resources that you access and use, (iii) the websites, mobile app, or services that referred you to the Vibaga Services, (iv) the advertisements that you viewed and clicked, (v) traffic data, location data, logs and any other communication data.

• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.

We also use these technologies to collect information about your interactions with participating sales and promotions, such as when you visit the Vibaga app/site, or interact with our Facebook Virtual Assistant (Messenger Chatbot). We, participating third party network-affiliates and our service providers may use that information to coordinate and record the interactivity and to fulfill your requests for services and information, including to verify your submission for search queries and purchase requests, as well as payment submissions.

The information we collect may include personal information, and we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to provide and improve the Vibaga Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Better understand your preferences and interests (e.g., types of books, exams, content, curriculum, that may be of interest to you), allowing us to provide a more personalized experience for you.
• Recognize you when you return to the app/site.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the Vibaga Services.
• To develop and improve the Vibaga Services and other related products and services.
• To monitor, process and record search queries.
• To communicate with you, and provide additional information that may be of interest to you, about the Company (including the Vibaga Services and our other products and services) and supplementary information offered on or through the Vibaga Services.
• To provide you with other information, products or services that you request from us.

• Promotional Offers from the Company.

If you do not wish to have your e-mail address used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products, services or other offerings, you can opt-out by sending us an e-mail stating your request to [email protected]. In addition, if we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may unsubscribe or opt-out of future email distributions by following the procedures described in that email. We will respond to your request within 30-days from the date you contact us.

Please note that this opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a purchase, product service experience or other transaction.

• Social Networks.

If you register with us via a third party social networking platform (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.), you may be able to manage the information you share with us and the interactivity between the Vibaga Services and your social networking account by using privacy settings and other tools that may be provided by the social networking platform that you are using. By registering with us through a social networking platform, you grant to us the right to collect and use the information that you have made available to be shared with us.

You can review and change your personal information by logging onto the site and by visiting your account profile page.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
